To partner with Humble Design Chicago, a 501 (3)(c) nonprofit, by providing curated, ready to go room kits and art work.

Humble Design fully furnishes homes, all from donations, for hard working families and veterans emerging out of homelessness.

Less than 1% of clients return to homelessness after this reset.

Room kits are are based on Humble Design's wish list for specific spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, and more.

Each kit contains essential, on trend items making spaces feel warm and permanent.

Room by Room launched during COVID when volunteering in person was not possible. The remote and "ready to go" model is successful and continues on.

ways to help

Donate funds, new/gently used items from the room kit wish list below, or get involved (e.g., host an event where admission is a kit item).

100% of monetary donations go towards purchasing room kit items.

If you're moving or doing spring cleaning, email us to coordinate a pick up time!
